IN HOUSE Bespoke New Starter Intravenous Course for Dentists and Nurses

Welcome to the TraintoSedate IACSD Accredited IV Sedation course for beginners, for Dentists and Dental Nurses.

This course is not a scheduled course, we come to your venue and teach your team.

Our accreditation is through "Mellow Dental" and is hosted by Dr Roy Bennett and Dr Rob Endicott, with over 50 years combined experience in many forms of dental sedation, as operator sedationists and dedicated sedationists.

This is a blended learning programme, 7 hours online at your leisure followed by One Day Face to Face practical training.

The IACSD Standards of 2020 dictate that all new starter courses are Accredited, with a set syllabus that covers the topics you require.

You also require Immediate Life Support Training every year. We will be covering some airway training and the oversedation pathway so if you have BLS training in your workplace this will compliment that.

After the course, you still require 20 cases mentored in practice before you can work unsupervised and we can help you to locate a mentor. Mentoring is not part of the course and is charged separately at rates you negotiate with a mentor.
